We were in charge of the design and furniture production of Sekisui House's ShaMaison series of rental apartments and common areas.
As a proposal for utilizing the common areas of the apartments, we designed a workspace where people can concentrate and a small lounge space that can be used casually.
By arranging many plants in the space, a sense of privacy can be secured during desk work, and the common area is a place where tenants can relax and spend time comfortably.
