We designed the shared spaces of Sekisui House ShaMaison's Rental Apartment and crafted the furniture for the space.
We set up a small communal lounge for relaxing and co-working spaces for completing simple tasks, maximizing the utility of the common area.
By integrating practical furniture like counters and lounge sofas into the small space, we made the shared space feel relaxing and homely.

積水ハウス・シャーメゾンシリーズの賃貸マンション、共用部のデザイン設計及び家具製作を担当しました。
マンション共用部の活用提案として、気軽に使えるスモールラウンジスペースや、ちょっとした作業のできるワークスペースを設けました。
狭小スペースながらカウンターからラウンジソファーに家具の繋がりを持たせる事で、囲われた落ち着いた空間で気持ちよく過ごせる共用部になっています。
