We were in charge of space design, custom furniture, and application for Kurosaki, a yakitori restaurant that opened in Shirokane, Tokyo.
With an emphasis on natural materials, we achieved a simple yet distinguished Japanese restaurant appearance in which the owner and ingredients stand out.
Dark tiles on the floor create a pleasant atmosphere for serving charcoal-grilled dishes.
The floor is also designed to make charcoal ashes and dirt less noticeable.
The signature main counter is made of a single piece of wood, making the space both comfortably small and spacious.
Be sure to spend a luxurious time in this blissful space.

東京・白金に開店した焼き鳥「黒崎」の空間デザイン、特注家具、施工を担当しました。
自然素材を基調とし、シンプルでありながらも店主と食材が際立つ割烹料理店の佇まいを実現しました。
床には暗いタイルを使用し、炭火焼料理が提供される際の心地よい雰囲気を演出。
また炭の灰や汚れを目立たなくする工夫が施されています。
メインとなるカウンター席はこだわりの一枚板の天板で制作し、心地よい狭さと広がりを兼ね備えた空間となりました。
